There are 3 primary stats, namely Health bonus, Damage bonus and Weight.
|Damage||This is bonus deals when wearing this particular item. It is the first stat shown and is stated as DPS (Damage per Second)|
|Health||This is a bonus to the Hit points the hero has. It is the second stat shown.|
Weight has an effect on:
Magic properties have levels and each level of a given property has a fixed value. Luck and other factors such as item level and item quality decides what level a magic property will be if it appears on an item.
The same magic property cannot appear twice on the same item, regardless of its level.
When you have 2 different items with the same magic property, their value stack (add up).
Ex. If you have a chest armor with Extra Gold 1 (6%) and glove armor with Extra Gold 2 (8%), you get 14% Extra Gold in total.
- Epic, Legendary and special named items may have magic properties not normally found on their corresponding item type.
|Attack Speed Boost
||Passively increases the attack speed of the weapon by X% (X value varies with magic property level).||100% increased attack speed|
||Increases the chance to trigger a critical hit when attacking with weapon or skills. Chance depends on magic property level.||40% increased chance to critical strike|
||Increases critical hits damage by a % dependant on magic property level.||50% more damage|
||Increases the number of maximum mana points. Increased by a given number that depends on magic property level.||+60 maximum mana|
||Increases mana regenerated per second. This is in addition to regular mana regeneration.||+5.6 mana regenerated per second.|
||Chance on attacks to restore the hero's health by X% of his attack damage. X scales with magic property level.
Chance % changes with % of max HP missing. The lower health, the more chances to trigger the magic property.
|0.5% chance per 1% of missing Health to heal up to a maximum of 80% of attack damage|
||Chance to stun the target when using a basic attack. The stun duration is always 1 second.
Chance depends on magic property level.

||Every basic attack pushes the victim back by a given amount of distance.
Internal cooldown of 4 seconds.
|Enemy pushed 4 meters on basic attacks. Can only occur once every 4 seconds.|
||5% chance to deal damage over time on the target of your basic attacks and spells. The duration of the debuff is 6 seconds, deals damage affect every second.||10%|
||Chance to apply confusion to the target when attacking. The duration of the confuse is 5 seconds. When confused, enemies attack their allies.
Chance to confuse depends on magic property level.
|25% chance of confusing enemies|
||Increases the damage caused by the hero if he gets under 30% of his maximum health. The increase in damage depends on magic property level.||60% increased damage while under 30% hp|
||Increases the chance to block 100% of the damage received. The value is dependent on Magic Property level.||20% increased chance to block|
||Damage returned to an attacker. The amount of damage is a flat amount, dependent on magic property level and does not depend on the damaged received.||672 damage reflected|
|Health Orb Bonus
||Health orbs that the player picks up provide X% more health (X value varies with magic property level)||100% additional health healed per health orb.|
||Gives a damage reduction buff the more enemies there is in a 2 meter radius centered on the hero.
Damage reduction amount depends on magic property level.
|8% damage reduction per enemy within 2 meters (maximum 5 enemies)|

|Bonus Random Ingredients
||Gives a chance to get 1 bonus ingredient when attacking a castle. Chance is dependent on Magic Property Level.||30% chances for 1 bonus Exceptional ingredient par castle attack|
||5% chance on attacks to cause a fiery area explosion that deals damage dependent on magic property level. The area explosion is centered on the target of the attack. Radius = 2 meters.||
|150% basic attack damage as explosion damage|
||5% chance on attacks to cause an area of effect centered on the victim of the attack.
Radius of AoE is 5m. It applies a -X% attack speed and movement modifier to all creatures in the radius, including the creature that was hit (% varies with magic property level)
|-80% attack and movement speed to creatures in 5 meter radius.|
|Raise The Dead
||5% chance on attack to summon skeletal minions who attack the player's enemies. The number of minions summoned depends on magic property level.
The strength of the minion scales with the hero, regardless of magic property level. The skeletons last 15 seconds before vanishing.
If the minions are still up and the magic property gets re-activated, the duration gets refreshed but new ones are not respawned

||Chance to snare the target when attacking, slowing its movement speed. Rolled On last 5 seconds and the movement speed reduction is -80%.
Chance to snare depends on magic property level.
|40% chance to slow|
||5% chance on attack to gain a damage reduction buff, in X%. X scales with magic property level. The buff applies to all forms of damage, traps or creature. Lasts 10 seconds.
If the property is triggered before the buff duration is over, the buff duration refreshes (it does not stack with itself).
|40% damage reduction for 10 seconds.|
