Your local blacksmith has learned how to craft undesirable items into higher level gear. As you upgrade the Blacksmith, you’ll unlock the ability to work with higher quality items.

The item level of crafted items is determined by the average of the item levels of the items used as components.

Recipes

6 Common Items = 1 Magic Item
5 Magic Items = 1 Exceptional Item
4 Exceptional Items = 1 Legendary Item
3 Legendary Items = 1 Epic Item

Crafting will produce items matching the category of the input items, only if they are all the same type.
e.g.

Same type : All crossbows will create a crossbow.
Same category: All two-handed weapons will create a two handed weapon.

Crafting costs may be paid using Gold or Bling.

Craft Timer

Crafting items require time to complete. The time needed remains the same regardless of the level of the item being crafted and the payment method used to craft. The item can be completed immediately for a small Bling fee proportional to the time remaining.

Notes

• The crafted item will be useable by the hero character who started the crafting process. For instance, if a Knight begins the crafting process and one switches to a Mage to collect it, the resulting item will still be intended for a Knight.
